We recently redesigned the NAHGA portal with you in mind. The whole claims submission and tracking experience has been enhanced to make the whole process more comprehensive and intuitive. With 24/7 access and real-time data, the new portal gives you completely transparent access to all of your claims information at any given moment. So you can check on the status of a claim, generate reports on claims activity and so much more.

Reporting
The portal offers visibility to all of your claims that have been reported with just a click of a button.  Check to ensure that NAHGA and your adjuster has received and recorded the incident report form at any time 24/7.

Real time access to claims
It’s after hours and you need to ensure that the claim has been paid and the check is in the mail. You don’t have to wait until tomorrow. Just log in to our All Access Portal and with a few clicks, you will have the status of any claim including check dates, check numbers and complete status remark codes at your fingertips.

Robust reporting
Along with case and claim status, you have an entire suite of reporting available to you with the ability to run a variety of reports at any time. There’s no hidden information here. NAHGA offers full transparency with the flexibility to run your own reports at any time with any criteria you want. 

We know that one size does not fit all so we offer the flexibility to see your claims information in the formatting that fits you best. NAHGA’s reporting suite offers Claim Detail Reports with the flexibility to view specific providers, to highlight particular services or benefits, and much much more.

Secure Claim Submissions

NAHGA’s All Access Portal makes it easy and efficient to submit reports to us. Once the incident report is submitted via the portal, the claim is immediately placed into our system, allowing for immediate consideration and processing.
