Compliance

We treat athletes and members with kid gloves. We protect their information with an iron fist.

Managing insurance claims involves lots of personal information. At NAHGA, we are vigilant about protecting it. From employee training in HIPAA compliance, fraud protection and cyber security to internal systems designed to enforce best practices and monitor performance, we make the protection of personal information an absolute priority. And it shows in the results of numerous regulatory and other audits we undergo on a regular basis.

Features of our compliance and information protection program include:

ANTIFRAUD CERTIFIED
We take fraud very seriously. As a result, we conduct internal audits on every claim processed via a data traction tool that is designed to protect against fraud. Additionally, all staff members are required to take anti-fraud training that meets the requirements of various insurance companies and state insurance regulators.
