Role at NAHGA: As Claims Administration Manager, my role is to provide leadership and management to the claims adjusting teams to ensure production and quality standards are met as well as develop and maintain relationships with brokers and insurance company personnel.
What you like about your job? I love building relationships and I value those relationships that I have with our Brokers, Carriers and Policyholders! Claims can be demanding and high stress but with great relationships, most situations can be handled with a positive outcome. The fast paced environment, everyday challenges and client satisfaction of this business are what excite me!
Fun Fact: Born and raised in Maine, I’m a true outdoor enthusiast! My family and I enjoy four wheeling, fishing, snowmobiling and hiking in the woods.
