For Providers

If you need to file a claim, we encourage you to file electronically using NAHGA’s Payer ID 67788. This will ensure faster delivery to NAHGA which will help us address your claim pertaining to COVID-19 as quickly as possible.

For Clients and Claimants

If you need to send us documents, billing statements, claim forms, etc., please send them electronically using our secure online form. We encourage you to send these to us electronically to ensure faster delivery to NAHGA which will help us address your claim pertaining to COVID-19 as quickly as possible.
