Our History
To better understand our commitment to client service, it helps to know a little about how NCS came to be.
NAHGA Claims Services originated as an off-site arm of a full service insurance agency headquartered in Nashua, NH. Their mission was to deliver professional excellence throughout their organization. That mission became our division directive.
Soon, our work as the Third Party Administration gained recognition nationally for delivering a higher level of personal service than generally expected. Although many companies have moved away from so much individualized attention, to us it's the only business model that makes sense.
Our client list has expanded to provide Third Party Administrator services to clients throughout the country. Despite our growth and recognition at the national level, NCS continues to operate on the small town principles of fairness, respect and personal attention.
